Required Information for Consular Authentication Application
Chinese Visa Application Service Centre Medan is accept process Consular Authentication of any original document (such as birth certificate, marriage certificate, criminal record, etc) that is intended for use in China and is issued by a competent authority in Indonesia, or a copy of document authenticated by a competent authority in Indonesia, it should be authenticated by the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Indonesia before submission to the Visa Center for Consular Authentication.

Other relevant documents (such as power of attorney, declaration, etc) need to be notarized first by local Notary Public in Indonesia and then authenticated by Ministry of Justice and Human Rights and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Indonesia before submission to the Visa Center for Consular Authentication.

The documents of a third country should be authenticated in that country itself. Our Centre will not accept Authentication for the document of a third country.
